Look Inside

Chapter 36 - Puppies

“If you are so mighty and strong, why do you let me make stupid mistakes?” said the young boy.

“Have you ever seen someone walking a dog on a lead?” the Universe asked.

“Yeah…”

“Seen how they walk the dog and stop whenever the dog wants to explore something, dig a little hole or do its business on a tree or something?”

“Haha, of course. Dogs are so funny!”

“They are, aren't they!” said the Universe.

“Anyway, the person walking the dog stops and gives the dog time to do his thing, because that experience is necessary for the dog’s growth. That’s how the dog finds his happiness.. same is with you.”

“Um, did you just call me a dog?” the young boy asked.

“Hahaha, why are you complaining, you know how much I love dogs!” the Universe chuckled.

The young boy smiled, “True, alright I love them too, so it’s okay.”

“Like I was saying, the stupid mistakes you make are your little explorations. And you doing your *cough* business *cough*…”

The young boy burst out laughing.

“Besides, you are my darling, I wouldn't let anything happen to you,” the Universe said.

“Bow wow,” the young boy said.

“Good boy!” the Universe said.

They laughed at that like puppies in a ball pit.
